Stroller Strides is FULL BODY workout. This program is designed to get mommies into the best physical and mental shape of their lives, all the while singing, tickling and laughing with their wee-ones! It is a mommy and me fitness class. Each class consists of a one-hour total body workout, complete with walking/jogging intervals, body toning and strengthening components using the stroller, exercise tubing, and the environment.
Beyond offering moms a chance to get in shape, we offer support through playgroups, discussion groups, Moms Night Out evenings, social activities and events that give back to the community.
Hamptons Fit4Mom and Stroller Strides is also an amazing program for the children in so many ways. Our Certified instructors weave letters, numbers, nursery rhyme songs and visual props into the body of the class to keep the kids entertained. Not only do the children have the opportunity to interact with other babies and toddlers before, during and after class, Stroller Strides also provides a healthy role model for kids to experience fitness from a very early age.
